Optiver. The work can mean reducing latency on an execution path, improving how petabytes of data move through our platforms, building infrastructure for research and ML, or making
systems more resilient under real-time load.
Engineers work closely with traders and researchers on the same problems, with substantial ownership and technical debate shaping how the design develops. That gives engineers a direct
