Tooling Track

Most CppCon talks focus specifically on the C++ language and libraries written in C++, but there is an increasing wealth of development environments, build systems, and package management ecosystems that support software development in C++ that are not necessarily C++ projects themselves.

This track exists to explore the world of tools that make C++ development easier, more efficient, safer, or otherwise better. We’ve presented tooling sessions in the past, but starting in 2022, we’ve decided to create a dedicated track to support and highlight the opportunities available to C++ developers and the working being done in this area.

Please contact Bret Brown, Tooling Track Chair, if you have any questions or suggestions.
