Stay at the Gaylord Rockies! <== Free stuff!

Again this year, we have a conference special that includes up to five days of lunch vouchers (up to $30 daily) and free WiFi throughout the hotel and conference center throughout the week exclusively for attendees staying at the Gaylord Rockies. (Let us know during registration that you will be staying at the hotel, and book your room at the Gaylord Rockies. You’ll receive one lunch voucher, up to five, for each night of your stay.  Limit one voucher per room night no matter how many people are sharing the room.  Room nights paid for by the conference do not qualify.)

Conference Registration

CppCon 2024 will be held as a fully in-person conference.  The conference is not requiring proof of vaccination or masking, but we support others’ personal choices with regard to masking and Covid safety. Additional information is available on our Covid Safety Page.

For individuals whose organization requires it, a certificate of completion is available for CppCon registration and CppCon Academy classes. To request a certificate contact the CppCon Registrar.

There are no physical or electronic tickets provided for the conference.  Once you are registered for the conference, you simply pick up your badge either during the Registration Reception on Sunday evening between 8 and 10 PM (20:00 – 22:00), or at the Info Desk & Store starting at 8 AM daily Monday through Friday.

Open Content Sessions  <== Free access

The conference designates certain sessions as Open Content (open to all), even those that are not registered for the conference. Of course, everyone at CppCon is expected to follow our Code of Conduct.

The sessions that are open to all are:

  • Any sessions starting before 09:00 MDT.
  • Any sessions during the lunch break (12:00 to 14:00 M-Th).
  • Any sessions starting at 20:30 or later, including Fireside Chat and Lightning Talks.
  • All sessions on Friday. That’s right Friday is Free!

If you are local to Aurora, please come by and enjoy some of the CppCon experience.

Tell your boss that the team is all going to be at CppCon on Friday.
